LIPOSUCTION-OIL SUCTION
What is liposuction, what does it do?
Liposuction (fat absorption) is not primarily a slimming procedure. This procedure is the removal of excess fat from the areas with a cannula under operating room conditions in cases where the regional fat distribution is abnormal. In other words, it is body shaping surgery. Body shaping is done by thinning the fat layer under the skin.
Which methods are used in liposuction?
For a long time, the conventional liposuction method was used only by connecting the cannula to the negative air pressure system.
With the developments in technology and the increasing demand for this process, almost no normal liposuction is done. Today, infrasonic liposuciton (Lipomatic), vaser and laser liposuciton methods are used.
What is Infrasonic Liposuction (Lipomatic)?
The cannulas used in this method make back and forth and circular movements at the desired frequency during the liposuction process. It also performs oil absorption. Thanks to these movements of the cannula, equal fat absorption is achieved and fluctuations or collapses are prevented after the procedure. Again, these cannulas are sensitive to resistance and have the feature of stopping when they come into contact with non-fat tissues such as blood vessels and muscle, which prevents post-procedure swelling and bruising. However, no matter which method is used, there will definitely be some edema and bruising after liposuciton. Unlike laser and ultrasonic liposuction techniques, since these procedures are performed without using any energy, a more natural appearance is obtained without sticking under the skin.
What is Vaser – Laser Liposuciton?
This group of devices is also energy-supported devices and provides the melting of fat tissues with radiofrequency. Before the oil suction process, the oils are made more liquid in the areas to be oiled with the vaser device. Afterwards, the fats are withdrawn and the deep layers of the skin are energized with the diode laser.
In which areas is Lipomatic, Liposuciton applied?
It is applied to every area of the body where there is excess subcutaneous adipose tissue, but it is most commonly applied to the abdomen, waist, hips, back, legs and arms in women, and to the breast, abdomen, back and waist areas in men. Recently, the jowl area has also started to be applied frequently.
In which season should lipomatic liposuction be performed?
Regional fat removal, ie body shaping, can be done in any season. Since our patients have to wear corsets for a month after the application, they do not prefer hot seasons. Especially in Adana, Antalya and Antalya, if you will always be in air-conditioned environments or spend time on the plateau, corsets do not pose a problem.
How long does lipomatic liposuction surgery take? How many days will I stay in the hospital?
